One last spaghetti recipe from me. This is one of John's favorites.

8 ounces fettuccine
1 pound brussels sprouts1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup walnut halves, toasted
- Cook fettuccine.
- Chop Brussels sprouts, onion, and garlic.
- Fry in butter until tender.
- Drain pasta and toss together all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
