Balsamic chicken pasta

Balsamic chicken pasta

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 chicken portions
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 14.5-ounce cans tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 pound pasta, cooked (preferably angel hair)
Heat olive oil in medium pan and brown chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces a bit. Serve over pasta.
